Designed to keep you in motion, IVECO TOP CARE is a Premium assistance service available for IVECO S-WAY (Artic) powered by connectivity and designed to help keep your vehicle in motion and to take care of you in the event of more serious failures. Thanks to a network of more than 1,800 IVECO service points across Europe, we are ready to assist you 24/7 - wherever you are, whenever you need us.

TOP CARE provides dedicated support via the IVECO Control Room should you encounter any faults with your vehicle to help to get you back on the road as soon as possible, increasing uptime.

If the repair, due to a breakdown or unexpected stop, takes longer than expected and you are far from home, TOP CARE looks after you with the inclusion of a hospitality package that provides a full range of services to take care of your basic needs.


  • Hotel – should the driver need to stay overnight away from home
  • Meals – hospitality for food/beverages during their stay away from home
  • Transfers – should the driver need a taxi to reach the hotel/restaurant
  • Medical Care – organisation of medical assistance in the case of non-life-threatening illness/injury
  • Parking – should the driver need to park their vehicle and trailer or semitrailer
